Return Policy

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging. To be eligible for return items must be unused, and free from dirt, dust, hair, any fragrances or other foreign odor including smoke, free of any makeup stains and in the same plastic bag it came in and same exact condition that you received it.

 

SALE items can only be exchanged with the same product of different size.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on BLACK FRIDAY SALE, CYBER MONDAY SALE, CHRISTMAS SALE & YEAR END SALE items.

In the event that any sale items are returned – they will be shipped back to the customer by the customers expense or discarded within 30 days.

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to customercare@epicoshop.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

Our policy lasts 7 days. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email to our customer care team at customercare@epicoshop.com with your order number and mentioning the items you wish to exchange. After 7 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From second collection onwards, a fee of AED15 is applicable.

For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.

 

CARD AND VISA CHECKOUT PAYMENTS:

 

Payments made with debit or credit cards can either have the funds returned to the original card used to make the payment within 3-14 working days after our Customer Care team confirming the return.

 

Cash-on-delivery payments

Payments made though cash-on-delivery can have:

Store credit for the same value of the returned item(s) to use on your next order.

 

NOTE: STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
